9am Thursday. Howling winds still making it a bit yukeee. Rest Bay is 5-6ft blown out. Coney Beach is 3-4ft on sets a little windy but surfable. Both beaches will get a little smaller as the tide drops and Coney beach will get messier - watch the rip at Low tide Coney Beach.
